Football & Yoga
Our comprehensive programme for adults

While playing is crucial for the development of kids, it is also important for adults to maintain a joyful lifestyle, relieve stress, and connect with others.

Football & Yoga offers a new holistic football training designed to be safe and healthy for adults. Yoga practice complements football sessions to improve mobility, lower the risk of injuries, and train the brain for sports endurance.

Each session includes:

  • 30 minutes warm-up with a yoga instructor

  • 1 hour football training with regular stretch breaks

​
