Terms & Conditions

Liability:  

Parents enrolling their children in football sessions and outdoor activities should be aware these can occasionally result in injury and health issues. By enrolling with Les Bleuets Football Club Limited, the participant does so at their own risk. Les Bleuets FC, its owner, employees and coaches shall not be liable for any injury, health issue or any damage whatsoever arising from personal injury or loss/damage to property.  

Enrollment & Cancellations:  

Les Bleuets FC does not offer a pay per session service.
Enrollment is for the entire term of sessions.
For some short holiday sessions date selection is allowed.
In case of cancellations, no refunds will be given.
Because our club offers football sessions every day of the week, if any sessions are cancelled (e.g. due to venue problems, bad weather etc.), participants are invited to join a session on the same week or the week after for make-up.
If a student joins a term that has already started – the fees will be pro-rated for the remainder of the term.  
Payment should be made in full for the term on or before the first session.
For new participants you can ask for free trial session prior the first session. It remains free in the case you do not join.
No refund will be provided for participants withdrawing from a term after it has started.  
Sessions will always be cancelled if the HK Observatory raises: 
– Black Storm warning. 
– Typhoon No. 8 Signal. 
Otherwise cancellation due to bad weather or other exceptional circumstances is at the discretion of Les Bleuets FC.  
There may be times venues become unavailable or we need to change the time/location through no fault or our own. We will try to ensure this never happens, but if it does please be understanding and work with us.

Conduct:  

Please arrive on time for the beginning of the session and arrange immediate collection at the end of the session. 
Full Les Bleuets kit (shirt, shorts, socks) must be worn to all regular sessions. For short courses (e.g. holiday camps) there is no uniform requirement. Failure to bring full kit may result in exclusion from the session. Shin guards are recommended for all sessions.  
Les Bleuets FC reserves the right to exclude participants from a session, a term for behaviour considered inappropriate to the coaches and/or fellow participants.

Photography policy:  

Les Bleuets FC will take promotional photos of sessions for use both online and in print. Any concerns about our photography policy should be referred to the club before enrollment. 

Consent:  

By enrolling your child with Les Bleuets FC, or attending a trial session, you agree that your child will accept the above rules and regulations. By taking part in any of our sessions you are agreeing that sport carries inherent risk of injury, and you understand that Les Bleuets FC, its owner, employees and coaches are not responsible for any injury to your child.
