Terms & Conditions

1. Liability:



Parents enrolling their children in football sessions and outdoor activities with Les Bleuets Football Club Limited should be aware of the potential for injury and health issues. Participation is voluntary, and participants assume all inherent risks associated with the activities. Les Bleuets FC, its owner, employees, and coaches are not liable for any injury, health issue, or any damage arising from personal injury or loss/damage to property.



 

2. Enrollment & Cancellations:



• Payment Structure:
  - Les Bleuets FC does not offer a pay-per-session service. Enrollment is for the entire term of sessions.
  - For short holiday sessions, date selection is allowed.
  - Payment should be made in full for the term on or before the first session.
  - If a student joins a term that has already started, fees will be pro-rated for the remainder of the term.
  - New participants can request a free trial session before the first session. The trial remains free if the participant does not join.

• Cancellation:
  - No refunds will be given for cancellations.
  - If sessions are cancelled due to venue issues or bad weather, participants can join another session on the same week or the week after for a make-up.
  - Sessions will always be cancelled if the HK Observatory raises:
  - Black Storm warning.
  - Typhoon No. 8 Signal.
  - Otherwise, cancellations due to bad weather or other exceptional circumstances are at the discretion of Les Bleuets FC.
  - Venues and times may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We aim to minimize these occurrences and appreciate your understanding.

• Refund Policy:
  - No refund will be provided for participants withdrawing from a term after it has started.

 

3. Conduct:



• Session Timeliness:
  - Participants should arrive on time for the beginning of the session and arrange immediate collection at the end of the session.

• Uniform Requirements:
  - Full Les Bleuets kit (shirt, shorts, socks) must be worn to all regular sessions. For short courses like holiday camps, there is no uniform requirement.
  - Failure to bring the full kit may result in exclusion from the session.
  - Shin guards are recommended for all sessions.

• Behavior:
  - Les Bleuets FC reserves the right to exclude participants from a session or term for behavior deemed inappropriate by the coaches and/or fellow participants.

4. Photography policy:



Les Bleuets FC will take promotional photos of sessions for online and print use. Any concerns about this policy should be addressed to the club before enrollment.




5. Consent:



By enrolling your child with Les Bleuets FC, or attending a trial session, you agree to the above rules and regulations. You acknowledge the inherent risk of injury in sports and understand that Les Bleuets FC, its owner, employees, and coaches are not responsible for any injury to your child.
