Frequently Asked Questions

My child/I have joined Les Bleuets FC, how do I receive information from the club?

After signing up, we will ask you to be added to a WhatsApp group of your age category so we can easily share with you the latest news, updates and occassionally photos/videos of our football trainings and outdoor activities.

 

Do I have to buy Les Bleuets kit?

All players/members wear Les Bleuets kit to our football sessions. You need to order the kit from the shop on our website and you will receive it at the football pitch when you come for your first session.

What do players need to bring for football session?

Players should come with their Les Bleuets kit, correct footwear, their own football, plenty of drinking water, sun protection, warm clothes if it is cold, spare clothes if it is wet. Make sure you/they have medication if this is needed.

 

Which are the right football boots?

Concrete & Futsal court – Flat;  Artificial grass – Dimpled/Short studs;  
Natural grass – Dimpled/Studs/Blades.

Can we have a trial session before signing up?

Yes! The trial session remains free in the case you do not sign up. Just call, message or email us prior the trial session.

The term has started already, is it possible to join?

Sure. If a child or an adult joins part way through a term, the fee will be pro-rated so you just pay for the remaining sessions that term.

Is the session cancelled if it is raining?

Football is an outdoor sport played in rain or sun – it is part of the fun! However, in bad weather we need to decide if the pitch is unplayable or unsafe. If we need to cancel, we will send you a message 30 to 45 minutes before the session.

Typhoon 1/3 has been raised, there is an amber/red rain or thunderstorm warning, is the session cancelled?
When these conditions affect parts of HK, in other areas the weather may still be fine for playing football. The club follows the HK Observatory very closely, and we decide if it is safe for the session to go ahead. If we need to cancel, we will send you a message 30 to 45 minutes before the session.


We always cancel the session when:

- Typhoon 8 (or above) is raised.


- Black rainstorm warning is raised.
